30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You will need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Note: Our return processing center is located in Miami, FL. Our business office is located at 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709. Please use the Miami address for all returns.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide a solution.
We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost for all defective or damaged items shipped within the United States.
We work with our manufacturing partner to process warranty claims. The manufacturer makes the final determination on whether a product qualifies as defective. Manufacturer warranty coverage is valid for 12 months from purchase date.
Manufacturing Defects Include:
- Frame delamination or structural separation
- Cracks in the frame or face under normal play conditions
- Factory surface defects or coating issues
- Handle or grip structural defects present at delivery
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage from ground strikes, wall impacts, or aggressive play
- Normal wear and tear (surface scratches, grip wear, edge guard wear)
- Damage from improper storage or extreme temperatures
- Cosmetic issues that don't affect performance
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
To File a Warranty Claim, Please Provide:
- Order number and purchase date
- Photos of the defect (front and back of the padel)
- Date the issue was first noticed
- Description of how the damage occurred
Additional information may be requested depending on the claim.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind about a purchase, you may still return it within 30 days.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. No restocking fees apply.
For Padel Rackets:
- Padels must not have been used on court
- Protective film and plastic wrapping must be intact
- Padels that have had overgrip applied, been used in play, or show any signs of use (scuffs, marks, dirt, edge guard wear) cannot be returned
- Original packaging, protective cover, and all accessories must be included
For Apparel and Accessories:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items (clearly marked as Final Sale at checkout)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been used or are missing original packaging
- Padels showing signs of court use or modification
Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items returned in less than new condition due to customer handling beyond inspection.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return your original purchase for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.
Return Shipping
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss during transit for change of mind returns
- Keep your tracking number until refund is processed
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 30 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us.
