Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Our products ship directly from our manufacturing partner to ensure the best pricing and quality.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Packaging Protection

All padel rackets are securely packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. We take extra care to ensure your equipment arrives in perfect condition.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Note: Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Address

 Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Need to change your address? Contact us immediately at support@padelmetro.com. Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.

Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your padel equipment.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items will typically ship together in one package when possible. If items must ship separately, you will be notified and provided with tracking for each shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damage During Shipping

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not accept delivery if possible
  2. If already accepted, inspect items immediately
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at support@padelmetro.com
  4. Include photos of the damage and packaging

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 14 days, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Seasonal Delays

During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), processing and delivery times may be extended. We will notify you of any expected delays and provide updated delivery estimates.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.
